As a fitness trainer and health coach for 35+ years, I thought I'd sail through menopause....

Turns our the more I research the more confused I became..and this was my wheel house. 

I quickly learned Midlife isn’t a failure of willpower; it’s your body & biology asking for a new approach.

I created The WiLD Collective, blending science and soul, to help women balance hormones, build strength, and design a life they love, not by doing more, but doing what your body needs at this new stage.
