I believe the most empowering chapters in a woman’s life are the empty nest and menopause, both invitations to design a new relationship with your body. One rooted in nature, anchored in strength, and infused with energy, purpose, and play.
For over 35 years, I’ve coached women on biology, beliefs, and behavior, helping them honor their bodies instead of battle them. When your mindset shifts, everything changes. You don’t just move through midlife, you master it.
As a lifelong fitness professional, I once thought I’d breeze through menopause. I was wrong. The deeper I studied, the more confusing it became. And I thought, if I’m overwhelmed, what must other women be feeling?
That’s why, at 60, I created The WiLD Collective, a community built by women, for women. We take a science-backed, soulful approach to feeling strong, balanced, and wildly alive, not by doing more, but by doing what matters most.
